What needs to be done about the gang culture across London?

you reap what you sow. thanks to previous nasty party police policies, we are at this present situation. but it is time the right wing airheads did their own research. their penchant for playing the blame game will not resolve this problem unless they learn its cause, but i wont hold my breath. but i will leave a little tip- if a gardener does not tend to the garden for a year, what will it look like. only these weeds are more difficult to remove
