Cutting myself on purpose please help?

i have been cutting for a couple of months and i moved from my arm to my lower abdomen . i told my psychiatrist and eventually my parents found out because a friend of mine called the cops on me thinking i was about to kill myself my life has been so stressful that i cut but in my lower abdomen so no one can see. I told my psychiatrist and she threatened to tell my parents if i don't stop i. is it okay if i lie to her ? because my parents will not leave me alone if they know if i am cutting again .
