HELP! IM IN SERIOUS NEED OF IT!?

My ex and I broke up about a month ago and during that time a close friend of ours tried to off himself. My ex told me a few days ago along with her wants to get back together but start slow. After he told me about our friend - he said dont tell anyone. But, i told my mum. Who is our friend's mum's bestfriend. And now my ex and his mates refuse to tell her and my mum is threatening to tell. And i dont want her to cause all hell will break loose. Help!
