Gender Studies: Why do 'some' anti-feminists feel?

They feel like male feminists are betraying their gender. It doesn't make sense to them so they are forced to take a hard look at some of their views on feminism. Since that can be a hard thing to do for some people, more often than not they will dismiss the male feminist as either a homosexual (not that there's anything wrong with that), a mangina (whatever that is), or assume they are just using it as a way to suck up to women to get into their pants.
